Anyone who wants to increase strength, fitness & energy.
Anyone who wants to burn fat & increase stamina & anyone who wants to tone up & lose weight.
Male & females welcome & it doesnt matter what your current level of fitness is as its our job to take you to your personal potential.
Our qualified instructors have over 20 years experience in getting results for people through intense training. They will take you through a structure of stretching, exercise & circuits, which are designed to deliver results no matter what your weight or fitness level currently is.
We train in the morning, 3 times a week for 4 weeks, so if you need to get the kids ready for school, or have to go to work, dont worry as you are getting this out the way in plenty of time.
Wear comfortable training clothes & running shoes. If it's nippy outside bring gloves & wear layers which can easily be removed as your heart rate increases & warms you up.
For best results drink some water at least 15 minutes before before you arrive & bring water with you to hydrate throughout the session.
Most of all expect that you are one call away from a kick start to feeling energised, strong & having an improved shape & tone.
