Every student has entitlement to ring time, every student gets pad work during training and every student is pushed to reach their personal potential. For those who have the goal to box, you will experience top class technical tuition and we offer an excellent fitness structure for those whose focus is simply to become physically fit.
Adults Only (16 years & over)
KickboxingCombining Westernised boxing with martial arts kicks, offering an extra dynamic to boxing by including use of your legs. Our coach is technically renowned nationally and has produced fighters up to world class competition at full contact. This class is superb for fitness and does offer the progression to fight for those interested. Juniors

Ground FightingAdults OnlyWe recommend you try our MMA class before you join any other gym - it doesn't get better than what we have to offer, and that is guaranteed. We offer a class which combines several different grappling forms which combine perfectly for MMA. Our coaches all work very closely together so if MMA fighting is the direction you want to take, both ground fighting & stand up is all here under one roof.

Thai BoxingAdults OnlyOld school training to equip you for fighting Thai & combines well with ground fighting for MMA. This class is run by our Thai coach who reached a credible British title status then went on to live & fight in Thailand. His technical knowledge & teaching style is extremely popular, particularly with beginners and his fighting experience is valued for those who want to compete.
